    if you have to ask you're just pretending. and if you are pretending then you must believe that a greedy developer should be allowed to take other people's succesful homes to build a sports arena, instead of using his own failed mall to build a an arena.

    anyway, i wasn't making a point, the blogger at Brooklyn Views was making the point. another point he is making is that Ratner knows shite about urban planning and design, and it shows in his previous projects.
