need a vegan cake for monday

ok, this is kinda random....

it's my biz partner's b-day and he's a vegan... would like to accomplish what many in my office are calling impossible, and give him a TASTY VEGAN BDAY CAKE.

i would prefer to buy one, but if that's impossible, i guess i could make one on sunday... i'm good at following recipes.
