Flower guy on 4th

The flower shop on 4th avenue between 10 an 11th closed. Anyone know why? Such a nice man and great, different flowers at great prices.

    The building was sold about a year ago and he was told lease would not be renewed. You are right, he is a wonderful man and his flowers were always of the best quality. He still has his same phone number and will be trying to continue to fill special orders as he can,
    It is the all too common situation of a small, successful, local business unable to afford the high rents, so he goes out of business. He continues to look for a new place. :cry:
