ASHTANGA YOGA IN PARK SLOPE

With all the great yoga schools in Park Slope, there aren't any Ashtanga classes or places to practice Ashtanga. If you know of a place, do let me know. However, after doing my research and not finding any, I'd like to bring a group of people together who have a mysore-style self practice.

If that's you and you're missing your practice because there isn't a place in the Slope, or you travel way too far to practice, contact me. I'm hoping to bring a solid number of people together (There are already 3 of us). A few schools in the area are open to our using their space in the mornings before work or in the evenings, but I first have to show that there's a commitment from people. Let me know.

Also, if you're someone who knows someone who practices Ashtanga, please feel free and encouraged to pass this along to them.

PS This wouldn't be classes to start but rather just coming together to practice. However, the possibility to have a regular class with a teacher adjusting is possible in time.
