Another empty storefront. The vintage furniture store has closed. Flatbush feels more and more like a ghost town with all the empty spaces......

Very sad! Is the building owner the same one who is raising rents on all the other empty storefronts on Flatbush?

Too bad. I never bought anything there, but I went in to get something notarized once and the guy was really nice.
