My daughter works there. She tells me that they sell Gelato, Sorbet, Ice Cream, Sugar Free Ice-cream and Water Ices. She says that they will have milkshakes and sundaes soon. Tomorrow is the "big opening day", there will be a clown giving out balloons. I tried some Gelato tonight. Mocha Chip. Yum.

Can't wait to check it out. Tomorrow sounds like a great day to open - horses in front of Farrell's, close to 100 degrees......

    I tried the ricotta gelato.

YUMM!! it was very tasty, smooth and rich.

It is a bit pricey: For the same price of my little cup i could have had a whole pint of B&Js but it's nice to have gelato in walking distance and it's better for me not to have a whole pint of ice cream in the freezer.

I'm glad to have this in the neighb.

    Ricotta gelato? Hmmmm. Interesting.

I think they'll do well. They have that little ball field right across the street and how many parents are going to be able to say no to ices after a game?

I like the Ices there. But notice the t-shirts that the staff there wears say “Lia’s Ices, Park Slope.” The owners don’t even know what neighborhood they opened their store in.
