police activity at shuttle stop

Anyone know what was going on at the shuttle stop on Franklin and E. Parkway Friday night, around 6 PM. When I came up from the 4/5 train, the shuttle was blocked off by the police. Just wondering what was going on.

    Saw the same thing myself and there the same time you were, poppy. Had to go out the other side (the regular exit). It was the entrance to the shuttle- probably the kids.....again.

    I got there right as they were reopening the side of the platform they'd closed -- didn't get an explanation from anyone, though.

    I was there too. Around 5:15 or so. As I was waiting for the shuttle, I overheard some kid say that someone was stabbed. Not sure if that's accurate or not. There were a lot of police though. About 5 uniformed officers and 2 detectives.
