545 Prospect Place

Has anyone living in 545 (formally 555) Prospect had chemical sensitivity issues with the building? Any info. on whether the c of occ. issues are related to how and with what materials the renovations were completed? thanks!

What do you mean chemical sensitivity? Can you be more specific? I am thinking of moving into the building in Aug. and have not heard anything about this. Thanks!

They are always listings apts. in those bldgs. on CL but I can't do it. I've read TOO many accounts of bedbugs in the buildings and sketchy management - Re: the no certificate of occupancy and others feeling the same chemical sensitivity. Google the address or the Jewish Hospital Building and you will find all you need.

i don't see anything on google about others feeling chemical sensitivity. Do you know more about it?
