3rd Street Block Party?

Does anyone know if the block party on 3rd St. (5th/6th) this Saturday is the big stoop sale? Or is that something different? Does anyone know when they have the block long sale? Thanks.

We had the block long stoop sale the day of the 5th Avenue Fair as we always do. this Saturday is just a block party for fun.
