I think this is in the right place.

I've only seen one review about this lounge on Brooklynian. Has anyone else been there? The website looks great. Thoughts?

I went there a couple of months ago. It has a very cool, swanky atmosphere, but beware of the drink prices. There is a lounge on the main floor, and a club in the basement.

I was in the lounge, but also visited the 'club' for a few moments. Deity is a very nice place decor-wise, but the crowd (and lack thereof on a Saturday night!) is lame.
The music was okay, but not great. We got bottle service, which was expensive, but along the lines of what you would get in Manhattan, so no big deal.

By swanky atmosphere, you meant the decor, yes? The crowd gave off zero atmosphere.

Bottle Service in Brooklyn? I didn't think that was allowed. That may be the silliest thing I've ever heard.

Why wouldn't bottle service be allowed? Why is it silly? Our group was large enough to need a full bottle of vodka + 3 mixers. It would have cost more for each of us to buy several mixed drinks.

I met the owner a while back in one of the antique stores on Atlantic. He was a nice guy and was really stoked on his new bar.

Thanks for reminding me to check it out.

Its an amazing joint, they spent so much money on this `place. The bar is great, atmosphere really cool, they are only open 3 days a week, Thursday Through Saturday. It gets busy sometimes, but they do need to change the music and DJ´s it is straight hip hop and to say the least just not what many of us on this board are into. The crowd is mixed but it seems like the crowd is more interested in dancing than actually drinking. >They really need to start attracting a younger, hipper crowd other wise its the same shit and music week after week. Other than that owners and their employee´s are cool!
Yes Bottle Service, a bottle of Patron 150 bucks way cheaper than any place that sell bottles and if you are with friends its worth the 150. Shit i can drink about 8 to 10 shots a night that almost 100 bucks there.
