Holy flaming manholes, Batman!

The power has been flickering like crazy on my block for the last 20 minutes (I'm on Atlantic between 3rd and 4th). My neighbor just went outside to look around because we could see lights flickering in buildings across the street too, and there's a manhole fire at 3rd and Atlantic. Right after she told me that I looked out into our backyard and saw two firemen coming out of our basement. What the hell? I went down to ask them if they know more about what's going on but they were gone before I got downstairs.

Our lights are still flickering but not quite as much. This is creepy!
