The Cops can Rob You Legally

Picture this...you have a few grand in your pocket,which you have worked for.
You are driving along,the cops pull you over,mainly because you fit their 'profile'...you are searched,you do not have drugs or weapons,your money is taken.You are not arrested,nor charged with anything...but they keep your money.
