Dopewars

OK, I know you guys are going to hate me for this, but...

Remember that old game for the original Palm Pilots called Dopewars? Where you travel around the 5 boroughs (and Central Park) buying and selling drugs and building your fortune?

They've made an online version that's even better.

I think I used to play this on my TI-85 in high school.

I am SO good at this game. buying e for $1 a pop and then reselling for $50?

then again. I got my kneecaps blown off playing the year long version once (rather than the month long). oh well.

In the new game, you can also have grow rooms, meth labs, crack stoves. It's a little more complex.

Also, you mostly want to buy and sell coke and heroin, but if you have enough storage space, it's good to diversify so you can take advantage of major price drops and peaks.

I will investigate this new game during my upcoming unemployment. perhaps it will lead me in a new direction, career-wise. and yes, I know it's all about the coke & heroin but once you have the gazillion pockets, it's always nice to make a good buy on the e because you can sell it at a gigantor mark up and make the cash to GET to do something effective with the good deals on coke and heroin. you've got to have a solid bankroll to get things done in that game.

lame. very very lame. I mean, I'm re-reading run and now have way too many awesome gun names running around in my brain. I think being able to run dope and guns would make dopewars even cooler. I mean, considering the content and all.
