clifton and grand - new place on the corner?

does anyone know what is going in on the corner of clifton and grand?

they've replaced the wood with murals so i took a peak inside today. they've still got a lot of work to do but it's coming along.

especially with the closing of 275 grand, i'm really curious about what they'll open.

i remember reading (on brownstoner and clinton hill blog) that it might be a brick oven pizza place. that was months ago, and i'm not sure if that was confirmed.

any word?

The pizza place isn't happening--the venting was problematic. It's most likely going to be a retail store.
