Fireworks

Does anyone know if there is a good view of the NYC fireworks from Sunset Park on July 4th?

It's decent; you see the fireworks. They're not up close - you have to fight the crowds on the water for that. However, there's LOTS of great people watching...you do have to dodge some of the fireworks being set off by unofficial entertainers.

I've been coming to Sunset Park to see the fire works even before I lived here. The view is amazing and if you come early and bring a blanket and chairs you are set!
