happenings at the former New Prospect Cafe?

So I've noticed that there's stuff going on inside the former New Prospect Cafe space. There's newspaper up in the windows and workers tearing apart the inside. Is there something going in, or is the owner simply readying the space for a future hypothetical tenant? Does anyone have the scoop?

Next up: the H&R Block office a few doors down is for rent. Maybe that will become a cell phone shop, instead. :P
