More pizza

I noticed there is a new pizza place on Franklin and Prospect Place, across from Bombay Masala. Has anyone tried it? How is it?

And, tonight I saw that the place on Nostrand and Union, across from Tavern on Nostrand, now has a sign - something Italian trattoria, with a big sign: BRICK OVEN PIZZA. It doesn't look open yet, but I am guessing that will be soon....has anyone heard when? They have been working on that place a long time, since Asian Jazz closed.
