Public parking at the 5th street mansion?

I used to work there for a while and I knew at the time the manion on ppw and 5th street was open for public parking after 8pm. Does this still stand does anyone know? It would be a great help with alternate side starting again

I read the signs a few weeks ago, and it def. has a looser parking situation than you would think, but cant' remember exactly. I'll try to swing by this weekend and review.
