Lincoln Place between Classon and Franklin?

Anyone live on this block? Thoughts?

Also Pacific between New York and Brooklyn?

As for Pacific Street, that block seems to be a very nice, beautiful, clean and peaceful block. The next block of Pacific between Nostrand and New York has a couple of larger apt. buildings and has an extremely busy feel.
