Grand Avenue openings/closings

Choice Market's new spot on Greene and Grand Avenues- I passed last night and it looked like they were having a private party or something. Maybe an opening is imminent?

The old bodega on the corner of Grand and Clifton is being converted to something. Anyone know what? It looks like they've done significant rennovations and have hung some cool art pieces in the window. What's the scoop on this new place?

I know everyone is so sad to see 275 Grand go. It is such a bummer. I know I'll miss it. I hope whatever goes in next will try to encourage the same kind of open atmosphere.

i peaked into both the new choice space and the corner spot on clifton/grand this morning.

the choice spot is coming together, looks really nice, backyard and all. and looks like it could open any time.

the clifton/grand place looks like it still needs a fair bit of work. i asked one of the men working, he said he doesn't know what it will be. does anyone know?
