Great Job DH DHers ...

While I was lucky enough to be able to sit at home and work (and sleep) and work (and, hmmm, sleep some more and, oh yea, eat ... and eat some more ... hmmm and, yes, well, get a bit depressed ... but I digress ...) ...

I think that DH did a GREAT job in providing 'real time' information on the strike: updates and opinions (quite varied and interesting opinions by the way) and commentary (likewise varied and interesting and thought-provoking ...) AS WELL AS a real public service to people needing information about getting to work: hooking up people with cars with riders and visa versa ...

Keep up the good work !!! I'm so happy to live in an area where the people come together like this !!!

These various "strike" threads should really be considered for the "best of" DH ... in my humble opinion of course.

I couldn't agree more FLUTE and I also am impressed by those who provided rides to their rideless neighbors. Thanks!

Did people actually get/give rides on DH? That's awesome.
