Anyone else fish in the neighborhood?

I go fishing often and alot of my friends are not into it. I wanted to know if there is a group of fishermen outthere or is there anyone who wanted to fish?

I ususally go down to Battery Park which is really cool at night. I also fish Canarsie the Rockaways and Bayridge. I try to go to every spot in the city. I venture upsate as well for fresh and saltwater fishing. There is City Island as well they have skiffs you can rent for the day. What day is best for you?

I go out at sheepshead bay but havent been yet this year. also upstate freshwater. Thinking about doing some beach fishing this summer at breezy point but I think I need a bigger rod for that.

I have also caught bass in prospect park. threw them back of course.

I love fishing, but I haven't done it in forever, which is why I gotz no equipment!

I've already started working on my dad for NEXT summer (yes, it takes that long to plan a trip with him) for a fishing trip on the Delaware River. Apparently, even though my brother in Colorado already had him for a fishing trip, he's already got the jump on me.
