Atlantic Ave Subway Tonight (Monday)

Does anyone know who the huge group of guys in the subway chanting and preaching are? or where/what they are from? You couldn't miss them, with the white robes with what i can only imagine is supposed to symbolize blood splattered on them.
They were in the atlantic ave subway stop around 9:30 tonight.....

I didn't see the white-robed people, but did see several proselytizing folks in red T shirts during the day....also, a "prayer booth" on the corner of Atlantic near the electronics-store-cum-pawn-shop.
