Cafe coming to 200 Schermerhorn aka State Renaissance Court

I spoke with the doorman yesterday. The small storefront on Schermerhorn between Hoyt and Bond is slated to become a cafe. There were workers in there yesterday laying down fieldstone- or terra cotta-looking floor tiles.

Does anyone have any idea who's behind this - I'm looking to fill a coffee void in my life after the departure of Brooklyn Bean & Tea. (Blue Marble comes close, but I still think of them more as an ice cream place, and this would be much closer to me.)

According to the building staff, it will be a branch of Connecticut Muffin.

Does anyone know what else is going in there?
