Experience with United Management?

Anyone have any dealings with them, good or bad? Thanks a lot.

Bad, bad, bad. Those people never return calls and ignore complains. Several times tried to charge late fee ($75) for rent payments without any reason. I had to Fedex my checks and sent them tracking ## to prove I wasn't late and made'em to reverse additional charges. As far as I know United management has a lots of cases against them filed by tenants. They don't really care about buildings condition etc.
