What is going on?

It is now 4:20pm and a helicopter is hovering above at Gates Ave and Cambridge Place for the last 15 or so minutes. Anyone know what if anything happened?

I'm not sure what's going on either... I heard the helicopter though. I live closer to Greene on Cambridge. Earlier today (around 11:30) I was driving down Washington Ave. and it was blocked by police between Lafayette and Greene. There was a cop looking in a drain with a flashlight. I later found out via Gothamist Newsmaps that there were shots fired on Washington at Greene. I'm not sure if the two events are related though.

As I passed by today....there was an officer stationed at Washington and Greene. Looked like the building facade or part of it fell.
