190 Underhill (Old Impact theater)

Anybody know what is moving into the old Impact Theater space?

Impact Theater is closed?? For how long now?

I think they gutted it up a few months back, maybe March or April. Now it looks liek they coored it out..

Please let it be a butcher, fish store, something of real use ... I hope we don't go the smelly candle/greeting card/ironic organic baby tshirt route this side of Flatbush.
