New building project on Washington Ave (near Atlantic)

Does anyone know anything about the new condo/luxury rental building supposedly being built on the parking lot of the Cathedral Condos (Wash Ave between Fulton & Atlantic)? I live nearby and the lot has been empty and covered by large black sheeting since the summer. I hear there is a website and would like to take a look, but I don't know the name of the project. Thanks!
