Loud Salsa music? Is there a festival going on?

Yes, I'm lazy and still in my PJs, but I hear really loud salsa music coming from somewhere and it sounds like a festival or something. Am I missing something. When is the Atlantic antic? Does anyone else hear that?

Atlantic antic is in September , I think.
