New bar coming soon on 3rd av--Does anybody know?

I am sorry if anybody have already posted, but I just passed by a building on 3rd av. between 12th st. and 13th st., the first floor had a big sign of " a new beer bar & restaurant coming soon".
On the sign it said "200 beers," with a German looking sign up, and I was wondering what is that about. The place name is "Draft Barn," seems like there is one bar in Brooklyn somewhere in X street (according to Google but it did not have HP) ---does anybody notice that? Have you ever heard about it? It'd be cool if it is a nice bar with decent beer celection, but it is so out of nowhere!

Did you hear any singing coming from inside?

I, too, saw this while on a bike ride. I hope it opens soon, but we'll see what happens. It seems an odd location for a bar offering such a wide selection of beers, though.

Is that the new place from the Union Hall owners?

Thanks for the link---strange nobody seems really know about the detail--but we'll see, I guess. I hope it will open sometime soon. It'll be interesting.
