Having some lock problems

Just moved to a brand new apartment. everything is great but some of the door locks. i was wondering, a. is this the landlord responsibility or is it main? AND b. i was thinking of using www.locksmithon.com, they seam good enough, did anybody work with them?

If the locks were working when you signed the lease (you signed a lease right?) it should be LL responsibility. If it''s an emergency try to get the LL via phone, if he is honest he'll just tell you to fix and submit receipt for reimbursement. If the lock is just turning hard try filling it with WD 40 for the weekend and deal with LL on Monday.
