Mysterious Notes... scam?

I found a note in my hallway yesterday morning. It was a photocopy of a hand written original. This is what it read:

My name is micheal
And im very interested
In buying your house
Please call me only if
your interested.

I will pay for it all CASH
Call me at .......

Michael

If your not interested please ignore this letter

Thank you for your Time
AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

Was just wondering if anyone else got one... obviously seems very sketchy.

maybe guy trying to buy houses for real or a realtor. if he is a scamer than dont take cash or travelers checks.
