New AMC movie theater at 3rd and 3rd?

My friend stumbled across this listing on Moviefone that implies AMC is building a theater called the "Old American Can Factory" on 3rd St. near the canal.

I can't find anything else about this place except similar pages on other movie listing sites. Anyone have more info? Is this an occasional screening place, maybe?

Third and third? That's where Whole Foods was going to rise from the mists...

Yeah, perhaps they are referring to the huge former-artist-squat building across the street (to the North) from the Whole Foods site.

What a lovely place to stroll back home from after an evening movie....

False alarm, I think. The phone # puts you through to Rooftop Films, which sometimes screens up there. Doesn't seem like a multiplex is about to move in.

Now I can look forward to not seeing a film there after not buying my groceries at not Whole Foods...

But that would be the perfect thing next to the toxic waste....er, canal. NOTHING can penetrate PVC carpet fibers or styrofoam popcorn of a movieplex.
