Handbag repair?

Can anyone recommend a good shop for a zipper replacement? The pull snapped off with all of my laundry quarters trapped inside. Boo.

most shoe repair places will also take care of handbag repair --- that place on 5th ave - joe's? with the handmade sign is really good. i forget the name and cross street but it's near union.

And then there's always duct tape...

what about that place right across from the Y on 9th street btwn 6th and 5th? I forget the name, but I really liked how they fixed my trashed shoes.
