Park Slope alt-side parking map?

Does anyone know where I can find a map of which streets have which days for alt-side parking in Park Slope? Does something like this exist? I couldn't find anything on the DOT website, but it seems like something that would be useful to a lot of people. Thanks!

    good luck with that. I hate traveling without my car for this reason
