Does anyone know Mr. Rooney from Carlton Ave?

I haven't seen him for quite a long time and wonder if something's happened. If you don't know him, he's the guy who (with his long deceased brother) owns the 2 decrepit houses on Carlton just off St. Marks. He wears a bad toupee and always works the district 43 voting booth on election days.

I hope he, toupee and all, is not reading this.

No disrespect to him--he's quite distinctive looking. It's just that I think he may have died and would like to know for sure.

thanks so much for clearing that up--it really is sad. We spoke nearly every morning on his way to work. Man, I wish I'd known--I'd have liked to go to the funeral.
