huge construction site near franklin ave

anyone know what's up with the massive construction site next to eastern parkway, right next to the franklin ave 2/3/4/5?

One of the old threads has a picture of the design of the new building, which is supposedly going to include offices, condos, and some retail - including Starbucks!!
