good places for living room furniture

We're going to get new living room furniture soon, mainly seating. We're ready to get stuff at one place instead of doing the craigslist hunt and scheduling man with a van stuff.

Any suggestions of where to go check out couches other than Ikea or an area where there are several furniture stores in a small area in Brooklyn or Manhattan?

Midwood Mattress on Flatbush has always had fair prices by me.

I was surprised by the couch selection and somewhat reasonable prices at West Elm. The design is nice and my sectional is holding up pretty well. It is more expensive than Ikea though

Room and Board also has nice (but not cheap) stuff.

Second the Door Store. We found nice stuff that wasn't really expensive (wasn't cheap either). Plus they have a clearance room.

Lots of good sales this weekend, look around. Crate n Barrel, West Elm to name two.
