looking for a place in Park Slope - 1BR - under $1800

Hi,

I know it's hard finding a 1BR under $1800 in Park Slope, but sometimes good things happen to good people.

So if anyone knows of an available apt for rent in the $1600-1700 range, please let me know. Quiet, tree-lined street preferred, and it must be close to the subway, and OK for my kitty to live with me.

No-fee rental/ rental by owner preferred.
