FOUND: Mini-Doberman Pinscher, approx 4 or 5 yrs old

Some neighbors of mine found the little guy tied to a railing on 16th st btw 7th and 8th ave. Unfortunately, no one seems to be looking for him, though it's been an hour and a half since they found him (it is now 6:24 PM on Sunday). He's got some scarring on his leg, and a little on his neck as well.

I'll try to stay updated as to what they do with the dog. I wish I had a digital camera, but alas, I don't.

I'll take him! I love mini dopey man pinchers.
