Went into T-Cup Cafe on Throop just off of Fulton today (right next to the Kingston/Throop subway stop) - today is their first day open.

It's a nice little spot and the people running it are really friendly. Check it out if you can it looks like a business worth supporting.

We wanted to pick up coffee and a snack Sunday, but they were not open yet (at 11:40am). :(

    Do you know their hours?

I went by around 8:30 a.m. yesterday and got an iced coffee. The man and woman working there were both really nice. The coffee was good (although it's hard to tell how strong it was, since the ice watered it down), and affordable (one size only for iced coffee, $1.90 with tax). The nice man who prepared my coffee put milk in without asking, which I didn't mind because I wanted milk. The woman working there (possibly the owner) said their hours are 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekends. Maybe they weren't open last weekend because they're still working out the hours and logistics and all. I hope they will be open reliably once they get their sea legs. It's a nice place, very clean, bagels (they will toast them for you) and muffins and pastries (I didn't see sandwiches, but I didn't look that closely ... I needed coffee before doing a thorough review). I will definitely go again! --E.

been there twice now......just a great place to have a few blocks away from my job. the coffee beats any coffee i've had in the neighborhood, other than Bushbaby, and the panini sandwiches were yummy. the owners and staff really did a great job.

my one bit of negative feedback would be that it was dissapointing to see that the breakfast sandwiches weren't freshly made and were on the McMuffin side of things. still, though, great place.

    This is so frustrating...
I tried again last Sunday (September 28th) at 11:30am and they were closed!
    I've given up. :(

I went Saturday and asked if they are open on Sunday, and the woman said no, because ever since they opened it's been crazy (busy). It sounds like she plans to open on Sundays in the future. I had a chocolate iced latte, it was delicious. --E.
