who is this celebrity?

So, I was just walking down PPW from 15th - 3rd Street and I passed what looked to me like a pregnant (about 5 months) blond celebrity and her HUGE bodyguard. He had headphones on but was obviously protecting her and watching the crowd.

She sort of looked like Heather Mills, but with longer hair.

Any ideas?

I don't watch L&O, so I went to IMDB. I don't think that's her. I think this woman I saw has light eyes.

Eh. I don't care so much for celebs in general, but I can usually spot them (I have a lot of useless knowledge in my head) and the bodyguard was so conspicuous

I just went through the park and they are filming on the road near the Wollman rink (what I call the "little loop"...I have no idea what the official name is).

They diverted me to another path. Lots of sheriff's cars and other police-type vehicles being used

They were also filming Law & Order on 5th Ave. this morning -- near 1st-2nd streets.

was it Naomi Watts? I was looking through my lunch time guilty pleasure (people.com) and there was a very pregnant photo of her in NYC.
