44 Berkeley Place

Does anyone know what is going on with this house? I walked by there about a month ago and was most surprised to see the boarded up windows, the grafitti and the broken stairway. How long has the house been in this condition? Looks like there are ghosts in there.

I have lived in the vicinity of 44 Berkeley Place for over three years now, and it has always been in the same condition. I heard a rumor from the previous tenants of my apartment that 44 Berkeley is in the condition it's in perhaps because of a family dispute of some sort. But I certainly can't vouch for that information.

It's a sad sight but yeah it's been that way for a long time.
