FTAP

Hi there! I'm a student from Columbia University and I'm looking into the Federal Trespass Affidavit Program (FTAP).

The program is an agreement with the landlord and the police, where the police are given a list of tenant residents, keys, and are able to come in and arrest anyone for "trespassing" and drug activity.

Anyone live in a building that's under FTAP? Anyone been FTAP-ed before?
