Well its somewhere with Munimeters on residential streets (sign in one of the other photos) so I'd say Bk Heights, Cobble Hill, or Carrol Gardens.

I don't know where the condo is , but the other images are from Gramercy park. The image of them by the gated park with the red townhouse in the background is on the corner of E 21st and Gramercy Park W.

Isn't that a building in Carrol Gardens, on Warren or somewhere in that area - really ugly, looks like it doesnt belong there...
