4 Course Dinner and Wine Tasting Featuring Tim Stark

As the days are getting shorter and a chill is in the morning air, we at PEACHES would like to invite you to enjoy a final wave of summer.

To celebrate summers final glow, we will be preparing a four-course menu paired with wine, featuring the bounty of Tim Stark of Eckerton Hill Farm in Pennsylvania with a book signing of his book, Heirloom - Notes From an Accidental Tomato Farmer.

As many of you already know, Tim Stark is widely regarded as the foremost tomato farmer of our time. On Tuesday, September 23rd, join us for a harvest of all things fresh and good as Tim haul's summer's waning bounty from Eckerton HIll, to our Brooklyn farmhouse, Peaches, in Bed Stuy.

Tim is excited to bring it home - after all, his farm started in a third floor walkup in brownstone Brooklyn (chapter one).
