Cat abandoned 4th Ave/9th St (n/r/f) TRAIN platform

I just got this email. The cat was there this morning. I assume she is gone by now but can anyone check???

Hi All,
My friend just called me. On her morning commute she spotted a cat
abandoned on the N/R subway platform at 4th ave/9th st in park slope. The cat was very upset- crying loudly by some garbage cans. She called 311-animal control. Is anyone around that location who could check on the situation? Im at work in Midtown.
