Quick! When do I move a car on 11th bet 7th 8th

Does anyone know when I need to move a car from 11th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues? I know it's Tuesday but not whether it's 9:00 or 11:30. Don't want to bundle up the baby (who NEVER goes to bars and doesn't have a stroller) unnecessarily.

And is there an online map for this? Seems like there should be, but nothing at nyc.gov
