Informational Meet-ups

For cat owners whose feline friend has recently been diagnosed with a disease that requires daily home-treatment…such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, cancer, epilepsy etc.

Do you feel alone in the struggle?
Do you feel like your friends and co-workers don’t understand?
Do you just need someone to talk with?

Exchange ideas, solutions and most of all, feel supported!
Become part of a master thesis study that looks at the benefits of finding a community of people that share a common struggle.

Meetings will take place in the evenings, once a week for 6 session. The location will be determined by coordinating with interested parties.
Arranged by a Master student of Psychology and Animal Behavior.
Supervised by a Brooklyn veterinarian and staff of Hunter College Psychology Department.
