1 Bedroom apartment in North Park Slope

Hi Everyone.

I will have an apartment available in a month or so. One of the tenants is leaving at the end of this month. Before I rent the place I will have to do the walls/floors and it will take some time (about 3-4 weeks).

Its a large railroad apartment on the 3ed floor of a walkup (brownstone) and is located on 5th avenue. The rent is 1750.

When the apartment is ready I will give the keys to a broker. I am posting the place here to save brooklynians the brokers fee. My apartments don't last for more then a few days. So drop me a note if interested.

Is this still available? If so, how many rooms is it?
